To respond to consultation requests; provide and improve our services; send marketing communications (with your consent); comply with legal requirements; and prevent fraud.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded SMS messages from SIS and MAS Realty & Investments. Message frequency varies. Standard rates may apply. Opt out anytime by replying STOP.

These Terms govern your use of MortgageShield AI Pro by SIS Mortgage Shield. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.
MortgageShield AI Pro is a technology and marketing automation service for licensed insurance professionals. SIS is NOT an insurance company, agency, or licensed insurance producer.
You must be a licensed insurance professional in good standing, maintain required E&O coverage, and comply with all TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable insurance laws.
SIS provides technology services only. Insurance referral arrangements must be documented in a separate written agreement compliant with Florida insurance law.
Setup fees are non-refundable after setup begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance. 30 days written notice required for cancellation. No partial-month refunds.
You agree not to: contact individuals on the National Do Not Call Registry (DNC scrubbing included but you remain responsible); send unlawful communications; or misrepresent your credentials.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY CAPPED AT FEES PAID IN THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS.
